Please read the following policies before booking a session…
ARTIST ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Among so many talented artists, you chose me. When you chose me, you chose my style, my expertise, and my passion.
CONTACT, INQUIRIES AND COMMUNICATION
You can reach me via Instagram DM (@wearismax), but please note that my inbox can get crowded, and your message might get overlooked. I recommend using email as our primary communication method until we exchange phone numbers.
DEPOSIT & SECURING YOUR BOOKING
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. This will be applied to the total cost of your session and guarantees your selected date and time. Before any deposit is sent, we will have plenty of discussion to ensure we are on the same page. I reserve the right to approve or decline your inquiry based on my availability and client compatibility.
Lateness & cancellations
Any lateness will shorten your session time, as extensions are not allowed.
Please notify me at least 3 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you do not show up for your appointment and haven't notified me at least 3 hours ahead, it will be considered a no-show.
No-shows will incur a $150.00 fee to compensate for the lost time. This fee will be charged to the card on file, which is required at the time of booking, if you fail to arrive without prior notice.
FINAL PAYMENTS
The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. You can pay via an invoice sent to your email or through an in-person Square device.

after viewing and discussing your preview gallery, please let me know if there are any extra photos you’d like me to finalize!
I charge $8 per additional photo. I’ll send you a payment invoice to your email for the extra images before sending your final gallery.
